Very happy with their service. Took at 2.5 week vacation and left our family of 4 -- 2 cats and 2 dogs -- in their care with 3 visits/day. We received daily updates, and all was well when we returned home. They also sent daily photos of our furry friends (and the clean litter box). Didn't have to stop the mail or the trash, as they took care of bringing in the mail and taking out the trash. Scarlett graciously put a load of wet rags from our cleaning lady into the dryer after I asked her to ... and then came back and folded them the next day (which I didn't ask her to but was delighted to find).
