I am writing this review in regards to Valley Pet Sitting. After hiring them for their services to look after my loving dog while I was working and/or out of town, I must say that I have been thoroughly surprised and significantly satisfied with their service. They are professional and efficient when it comes to scheduling and even go above and beyond what is necessary to ensure that my dog’s needs are attended to. I was utterly impressed that they played with my dog, gave him massages, reported any unusual health concerns that they noticed during the visit, and even provided a detailed report with pictures for every visit via email. My dog is very particular about who he trusts as am I when it comes to my furry son. However, I must say that we have never been happier with a pet service ever. The customer service with Valley Pet Sitting is unmatched and they have helped sustain the comfort and safety within our family. I would recommend them to anyone who needs elite and quality pet sitting services.

I am a long time customer of Valley Pet Sitting. I used to have individually hired sitters, but there was always a conflict here or there, so I had two sitters, and still issues…it was very frustrating. Valley Pet Sitting takes the stress of making sure your pets are covered when you’re not home away. It’s especially great for long term regular days or eves and holidays, as they have multiple sitters that you can meet and greet to personally show them what you need and meet your fur-kids; you get assigned two so you always have a backup. They have an online portal and app where sitters post a log of each visit with pictures so you can see how your babies are doing. The portal also lets you schedule online, list detailed instructions (for food, meds, lights, mail, packages, etc.), send messages and pay; it’s very secure and convenient, but you can always call and talk to a person too. Kristi and Hanah have been great! I highly recommend them!

We LOVE Valley Pet Sitting. Sussie has taken care of our 5 year old cat many times now and she has been nothing but wonderful. She waters the plants, brings in the mail, refreshes his water, follows his food schedule and portions, cleans the litter and spends time playing with him. At the end of the visit they fill out an online “Pet Care Journal” that includes details of time spent, photos of your animal, and mail brought in… etc. She always leaves a full paragraph detailing her visit and it is extremely reassuring of the quality of care provided. Hanah is also super responsive with emails if there are any added instructions or concerns. They are 100% professionals and you can be at peace knowing your animals are fully taken care of.
