Valley Pet Sitting is an amazing business, run by even more amazing people. We booked a request online when we needed someone to check in & feed our two cats once a day for a week while we were out of town. Valley Pet Sitting responded the next day & we were all set to go! While we were gone we got updates – with photos – of how the kitties were doing every day. We really enjoyed these updates while we were so far away. The kitties were looked after to perfection! I felt really secure and that the kitties were in good hands while we were away. Communication with Valley Pet Sitting is exceptionally responsive and clear. I never felt once like I needed to worry about our kitties in their care. But the real gold star came when I realized that I forgot my phone at home and they overnighted it to me to my vacation spot! Talk about service! I cannot sing their praises enough. The cost is fair, the service is amazing, our pets were cared for and we felt valued as customers. Would not hesitate for one second to use Valley Pet Sitting again. A truly great business that cares about its customers and their pets.

I love this company! I’ve never used a pet sitting service before (I’m not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn’t want to board my little fur balls since that’s stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I’m so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties ). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I’m definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.
