I have never used a pet sitting service before and this was by far the best experience I could have imagined. I have two dogs that I treasure dearly and tend to as if they are my children (us pet lovers know what I mean, other people think I’m crazy because to them they are just “dogs”). The most important part of leaving your pet in the care of others is the peace of mind knowing that they are well cared for just as you would care for them yourself. That is EXACTLY what Shira and her team have done! I loved receiving an email detailing the visit as well as the pictures I received. It put my worried mommy mind at ease. I personally had the pleasure of having Kristen as the individual to take care of my dogs and I just loved the job she did (and my dogs absolutely loved her as well). In addition to the amazing feedback after each visit, I love that they have a meet and greet with 2 alternate sitters in case the main sitter is unavailable which also put my mind at ease as well as allowing my dogs to meet them so they could gain some trust and comfort. This service is one that I would and have already recommend to anyone and everyone who has pets and needs some assistance if they are out of town or just need some assistance with the care of their pets if they have an engagement they need to tend to. I have personally thanked Kristen for her wonderful care of my dogs and now I want to publicly thank both Kristen and the entire Valley Pet Sitting for the detailed and wonderful care of my dogs. You definitely gained a repeat customer. If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would.

The People over at Valley Pet Sitting are phenomenal. They make sure they have every detail regarding your pets to ensure they are 100% taken care of. They are very responsive to all of my emails and get back to me remarkably fast or let me know an exact time they will get back to me and stick by it. My dogs love seeing their dog walkers. I can also feel safe knowing that all of their sitters are background checked, bonded and insured as well. I love that they always send a cool journal entry letting me know how the visit went and if the dogs went potty, along with super cute photos of them that I swear I could print out and frame!!! Amazing company. You wont regret using them. Oh and they also do literally any type of pets. Ive seen pictures of them with horses, pigs, snakes, even a tarantula!!!!

This is my first time ever using a Pet Sitting Company outside of friends and family and I admit, I was a bit nervous. I had a trip planned that I really wanted to go on and none of my usual options were available. I found Valley Pet Sitting Inc. and decided to give them a try after looking at their website. I filled out the contact form and they gave me a call right away to see how they could help. We went over all the information and I met with 2 sitters the same week and next thing I knew I was on my Hawaii trip having a blast. Valley Pet Sitting kept me updated after each visit letting me know all they did not only with Bella, but that they also watered plants, took out the trash, brought in the mail, and adjusted the a/c as needed when it got warmer out. The pictures alone were great and I even attached one that I kept close at hand each time I missed seeing Bella. When I got back everything was exactly as I left it and all was clean!!! I highly recommend using them so you can always count on someone being there for home rather then asking favors from friends. Can’t wait to call on them when I go to Florida next month!
